Dr. Mitchell, aka "Dr. Helga" is our energetic, fun-loving, and caring associate. Her infectious laughter is often heard floating down the hallways. Dr. Mitchell found her true calling in Chiropractic while she was working as a paralegal after an auto accident. She has extensive experience working with kids and has a heart for kids with special needs. Dr. Mitchell's passion for babies, youngsters, and pregnant women led her to pursuing a Diplomate in Pediatrics. Dr. Mitchell also received additional training in soft tissue therapies which she primarily uses on athletes. She graduated Salutatorian with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. Don't let her size fool you though; in addition to her beauty and brains, she possesses some serious brawn! Dr. Jessica Mitchell works tirelessly helping patients on their journey to optimum health. She loves all patients (especially moms, kids, and athletes!)
