Working out from home is a good option for busy fathers on the go. Investing in an exercise bike can change your whole lifestyle. Instead of crashing on the sofa to watch tv, just jump on the bike and you’ll have done half an hour before you know it. In addition, you can even fit some exercise bars to your bedroom door frame, to squeeze in a few pull ups before leaving for work.
