If you have to spend a significant amount of time convincing yourself that it is really time to take a shower, then you might not even consider starting working out. Truth be told, there aren’t that many other things that you might be doing that you aren’t doing already, but physical activity might seem like something only slightly better than getting infected with a virus. We are all used to immediate results, though when it comes to working out, it will take time before you start noticing the effects. Your mood and energy levels might improve after just several days of working out, but when it comes to the muscles, you’ll have to be patient.
